Use of 10G Database and App Server

Our facility is exploring using 10G environment to replace existing 8iDB and 9iAS V1 environment, including Portal 3.0.9. We use Microsoft operating system, currently Windows 2000 Server, but new equipment will be Windows 2003 Server.

Does anyone have experiences to share on 10G on Windows 2003? What about Portal in 10G?
