First, you should use a spell checker before posting your ads. A professional image is not gained by "Velley" girls.

Second, ORACLE jobs specifically belong in the group created for that purpose, namely

   comp.databases.oracle.marketplace
Your post here is thus off topic. (ignoring the fact that comp.databases.oracle is supposed to be defunct.)

Third, if you are going to post to newsgroups, you should learn how to post properly. Instead of posting multiple copies of the same message to individual groups, you should post one copy to multiple groups. So a posting in comp.databases and comp.databases.oracle.marketplace would be one post to two groups. When done to the proper groups this reduces the workload on news servers and gets the right audience.
