Thanks for your reply. Product to be tested has been upgraded to oracle 9.2.0.4.
In this situation, I will do following
a) Install 9.2.0.4 on windows 2003 standard server in native mode and start oracle server
b) install product to be tested in native mode c) run product on 2003 with compatibility mode set to 2000 server
