How to install SQLPLUS editor on windows for ORACLE isntalled on UNIX

Hi all,
How can i install a sqlplus client for windows so as to fire queries to ORACLE installed on a remote UNIX machine. I looked at oracle's site for seperate SQLPLUS download, but couldn't find any. Do i need to buy Oracle for windows and then use the SQLPLUS client provided in it.
please let me know of any solution for the said problem.
