9i tools vs version 6 for Web?

Hello all,
I am working on a project that uses the version 6 suite of various
oracle tools(reports builder, forms, etc.) and have recently done
several projects in creating HTML files using Reports Builder. We are
hopefully going to be moving up to 9i shortly and I was wondering what
people thought of it so far? Is it much different and does it add
anything to the HTML file creation process?
