Does anyone have any idea what the setDataHeader() function within DBMS_XMLQuery does? Does anyone have an example of how it is to be used and the effect of its usage?
I wanted to know if it was possible for DBMS_XMLQuery.getXML() to return an XML stream WITHOUT <?xml version="1.0" ?> being added to the start?
