connect oracle-8 to visual c++ : login & password set inside visual C++ of oracle-8

Dear friends,
Now I am connecting the ORACLE-8 to Visual C++.
Problem is, while runing the project it asks the login & password of ORACLE. So, I want to know, how to set login( scott) and password (tiger) inside the code of Visual C++.
Please reply me as soon as possible.
