You should take a look at DataMirror's Transformation Server. Transformation Server provides bi-directional data integration among DB2/UDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and Sybase across Microsoft Windows NT/2000, UNIX, Linux, IBM OS/400 and OS/390.
