SQL*Loader v/s ETL

I have some SQL Loader scripts for loading flat files from mainframe to Oracle DB.
The company is planning to buy an ETL tool. Can the SQL*Loader script files be "used" to generate mappings etc. ( or whatever mechanisms ETL tools use) ?
Does any tools like Informatica or DataStage provide some utilities to do so ?
