Since your a student, I'm not going to tell you everything. Because I am a student, I will tell you more then most people on this newsgroup would.

The command you might want to use is
ADD_LIST_ELEMENT(*,*,*,*);
each * is for a value you need to enter.

Hopefully that is enough for you to get started.
