Oracle Licensing

I intend to build a system in Access that uses data based on our
Oracle Personnel database.


Could anyone tell me of the licensing issues that would be involved.
Would I need to buy a license for every Access application connecting
to the Oracle server or is this covered in the Oracle Generic Gateway
thingies?


I am not after a legally binding answer, just some thoughts on what
other people do in situations like this.
