anybody have any clue why you can't post data from a form to a synonym at all?

I can call stored procedures via the OWS like PACKAGE_SYNONYM.procedure,
but any effort made to post data to a PACKAGE_SYNONYM.procedure does not work.

The error is meaningless. The execution of the procedure via the synonym works fine through SQL*Plus, but not via POST and the OWS.

Any where I should report this bug to?
