Hi there,

   In a nutshell,

1. Run catexp7.sql at Oracle8i
2. create an tns alias so that you are able to connect from 7.3.4 to 8i
3. exp user/user_at_tnsaliasfromstep2 file=blah734.dmp blah ...
4. imp blah file=blah734.dmp blah...
5. DONE
