patch for pentium IV workaround

I have tried to get to the Metalink web site but cannot. Is there any other way of getting the patch, number 1507768 from Metalink or Oracle?

I am trying to install the free Oracle8i personal edition, but of course I can't. And I don't have a membership to the Oracle/Metalink in order to get the patch. Any help?
