A problem with push buttons in forms 4.5 on Windows NT/2000

I am having a problem with push buttons in forms 4.5 on Windows NT/2000
platform.
The buttons don't respond on mouse click (they only get focus) and with
'Enter' key
when button pressed trigger is executed. Similar problem is with pop lists.
Is there any way to solve this. (patch or something)
