Oracle 9i Lite control center problems

I have managed to get Oracle 9i Lite installed and connected to an Oracle 8i database on a server.
I can get the server running, and I can log in, but when I click on the icon in the lower right hand side of my screen, it gives me the error
WTG-10109: Web-to-Go could not locate requested URL
Web-to-Go could not locate requested URL / Please contact the application vendor
I can't get to the control center, I can't get my workspace up. I can't even run setup. It seems like somewhere there is a path variable set wrong or something, but I can't find it...does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
