Hi
I have been reading all the Oracle documentation I can find on the web with regard to Backups and Restores of Oracle datasbases. Everything (useful) I have read so far requires ARCHIVELOG mode to be switched on.
As this is not possible with the Standard (as opossed to Enterprise) edition of Oracle, I was was wandering what was the best method :
- for online nightly backups
- for offline weekly backups
