Webdb installation failure

Hello All,

When we are trying to install webdb, it is failing throwing the following error.

owa40.vrf(126):READ_ERROR while translating owa_exists from
/opt/u01/app/oracle/webdb/2.2/orainst/owa_det.txt (no such file or directory.)

Any help is appreciated.
