What to learn (Java / Oracle)

I'm wondering what I should be focusing my attention to if I want to
start the process of learning Java/Oracle via the web.  I'm currently
using SQL Server with VB / ASP but we're looking to move to Java /
Oracle.



Any help on where to start, what I should learn etc would be greatly
appreciated.
