What configuration you were saying of "$ORACLE_HOME/sysman/admin" and where it has to be setup. Actually when I go to Control Pannel > Settings > Services > and tries to start the Oracle OracleOraHome81ManagementServer it gives an error saying that :

"Could not Start OracleOraHome81ManagementServer service on local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an windows error or an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

I've done up with creating Repository in a DB. My version of Enterprise Manager is 2.2.0.0.0

Kindly let me know the default login name and password. I used Login=sysman password=oem_temp.
