I suppose this is off-topic for Oracle but the app in which this is
implemented is an Oracle app and since there is no "checks by phone"
newsgroup --- please, I beg your patience.
I have created a system by which I can input the account number and
routing number from a customer over the phone and print out a ready-to-
deposit check on blank VersaCheck paper. Works like a charm -- *IF* I
get the right numbers for account and routing numbers.
I have tried writing a phone script for this but still 1 out of 2 checks
I take over the phone get rejected by the bank.
I am wondering if anyone has done this themselves and perhaps has
developed a more "reliable" phone-script technique for extracting the
proper data?
Thank you for any assistance,
-RK
