Hi,

I am midway through the OCP exams and also studying from the books. I recommend that you download the Personal Oracle 8i or 9i because it has less hardware requirements. You can install it on Windows 98/ME as well.

As for practice exams, check out www.dbasupport.com OCP zone at

http://www.dbasupport.com/oracle/cert/

which offers practice exams that are quite good. Unfortunately, the questions on the actual exam are mostly real-world scneario questions instead of memorizing keywords.
