A little help with the Enterprise Manager an Export.

I'm trying to export from Enterprise Manager and it always fails. I've set the repository, I can connect to it and start the export wizard...but I when I send the job, it fails. Any help will be appreciated.
Running
Windows 2000
Oracle 8.1.6
