'All fail' just doesn't again tell anything. Did your ever configure a listener on Solaris? You need to do so. You can use netasst.sh to configure a listener.
This will also configure tnsnames.ora
You will need to copy the files sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora to NT
and/or rerun the Net8 configuration assistant on the server to get an indenticall tnsnames.ora. Copy or ftp will be faster.
