which sql book/video is the best?

I want to learn oracle sql. I have little programming background but took a oracle dba course at a community college last year and have gotten through half of a book called oracle sql interactive workbook and I am getting a copy of a oracle university book.
I have been looking at video instruction titles on amazon.com. Are these things worth getting? and would they help me pass to exam?
