patch update from 7.3.2 to 7.3.4.5.1 need help

Can I apply the 7.3.4.5.1 patch to a 7.3.2 server directly? There is no mention in the Patch ID 7605.999 (7.3.4.5.1) readme file of the minimum Oracle Enterprise Server version number it can be applied on.
