Microsoft told Oracle is not true unique code. They is UTF-8 is nothing.
My understand is UTF-8 is 8 bit unique code, which cannot store all unicode
table, 16 or various byte.
Any langage expert can correct me. I'm looking for global soluation. I
need a db that store all input in single db and print and view them in
unicode client. I think only w2k can do it.
