Its one of these useless laws. Even if you do use multiple passes of an algorithm with independent keys and they *tried* to convict you, they would be stuffed.
They can't *prove* you used the algorithm on a piece of data twice without brute-forcing double the key-space of the encrypting algorithm.
Like i said - Pointless
