I have seen a few out there (sorry -- no specifics), but as I recall there weren't any that were free. It is too bad that Oracle chose to go through a middle layer with the ESQL compiler for OLite. It generates quasi-ODBC that is then translated to ODBC calls in their own library (or probably OKAPI). It would have been too slick to just have it generate ODBC calls...
