Re: OAS 407 Beginner question plsql samples

It seems to me that the privileges on OWA_CONTENT are not set or incorrect. Did you enter SYSTEM as the DBA -user during installation? Then you must explicitly perform the grant privilege option:

grant all on WEBSYS.OWA_CONTENT to ...
