Yes, the services already exist, and their "StartUp" in the services pannel is Automatic. The first one starts ok, but the second one does not automatically start.

One question: When are the strtXXX.cmd files executed? If the service starts the instance, what are those files needed for?

 Yes, i've already done so, but it just starts up the first created instance.  Never the second

    Thank's very much for your support. If you don't see the solution,     do not worry, i'm not going to stop the server every day. Whenever     i boot the machine i'll manually start the instance thru svrmgr30 or     thru the Services control panel.
