Hi Brian,

You have a unique constraint on a field, probably the primary key constraint.

You probably tried to enter the same value twice in the primary key field. If not that, figure out which other fields have a unique constraint, and you tried to enter a dup value into one of them.

Look at the primary key thing first though.
