Our company also runs this configuration. But I caution you: Officially, Oracle is only providing SUPPORT for version 7.3.4, and you must make sure that the version you have is certified for HP-UX 10.10 or 10.20 (don't ask me to relate the horror story I had debugging problems with a client running 10.30).
