Designer 2000 & classes

I was wondering if there are many peole out here that use the ERD, Data Flow and Functionality portion of Designer 2000?

I was also wondering about any classes/courses for Designer 2000 that are from Oracle or from other certified training centers?

Was the class worth the time and money or is ther e a book thats better? What book is most recommended?
