Info on Oracle 8 Upgrade

Hi,
I am currently trying to determine the effects of upgrading from Oracle 7.3.3 to Oracle 8 on a Sun E-6000 running Solaris 2.5.1.

I am interested in what effect this upgrade will have on memory and CPU utilization. If any one has any experience or "rules of thumb" with this issue, your information would be greatly appreciated.

I am also interested in the quantitative performance improvements of Oracle 8.
