I need to find tools for doing simple admin tasks such as
insert/update/delete of users.

I have done yahoo, etc. searches and found exotic tools for database
tuning etc., but what I need, is to be able to provide (not necessarily
technically inclined) helpdesk people with a user admin tool. Any
