Yes, DB2 Universal Database runs on NT, UNIX and OS/2.
It self-installs from CD too, if that is a selection criterion. More importantly, it is robust, feature packed, and is considered to have the most advanced optimiser available. Developer tools are considered to lag Oracle's though.
