My APOLOGIES, Sorry everyone

A few days ago I send a message to this newsgroup with subject: "who can decode this file". I had a little problem decoding a databasefile. Within this message I attached the concerning file. I did not know that an attachment like that is absolutely agains the rules here. I thought it would be easy for people to try something out.

Like I just said, it was not my meaning to boring some of you, so I apologies and will try to ask the question again, without any attachments!

I am looking for someone who can transfer/decode the files likes the one attached on this message. Now it's still a coded not readable (for me) database-file.
The contains must be made accessable to an Microsoft Access database-file.
Any help would be appreciated,
