We are just beginning to play with this. However, stuff like this tells us that Oracle/NT is not really ready for a more complex production environment. We intend to use it primarily for single instance application, and then only for development.
Oracle hasn't seemed to port its useful OFA structure to NT either.
And, we've had problems with the hot backup procedure.
If you find out how to deal with this stuff effectively in NT, it would be nice to share your success with this newsgroup.
