Rollback segments getting corrupted

I am not an Oracle DBA, and the DBA that we have is stumped. So, I apologize if this question is a little lame. It appears that our rollback segments are becoming corrupted due to SQL calls. Is this possible? We use numerous SQL scripts in night time batch jobs. I have yet to trace a particular script as the culprit. The SQL is initiated by Power Builder. Any help is appreciated.
