UNICODE and Oracle

There are currently a number of systems emerging that support UNICODE. For example Windows NT now is fully supporting UNICODE.

Does anybody know if Oracle is going to support this and if there is if its not supported yet how could you interface an UNICODE application with an Oracle db.
