Running 2 versions of Oracle 7 simultaneously on Solaris 2. 5

Hello.
Anyone know of any reason(s) why one should not have 2 versions of Oracle (7.0 and 7.23 ) running on Solaris 2.5 simultaneously. Each version would have 3 instances.
