ODBC question

Hi,
I installed the ODBC driver (and SQL Net) on my Win95 platform, and
now I try to connect to a remote database from MS-Access and other Win
applications.
The WINDOWS odbc control panel doesn't see the ORACLE odbc driver,
so I can't setup a data source.
Data sources set up with the ORACLE 32-Bit_Administrator can't be seen
in Access.
Does anybody know, where the gap is?
