Enterprise Manager 1.2.0 on NT 4.0 possible?

According to the release notes for Oracle Server 7.3 for NT Oracle Enterprise Manager won"t work on Window NT 4.0. Is that really true or is there a way to get it to work?
If not when will NT 4.0 be supported?
