You need to obtain the Oracle ODBC drivers from Oracle (or use third party ones from somewhere like Q&E: Oracle's is free) and install them on each PC through Control Panel|ODBC. For each instance you want to connect to, create a driver entry and place the instance name in the SQL*Net in the driver dialog. This name should appear in the TNSNAMES.ORA file on the PC (usually in C:\ORAWIN\NETWORK\ADMIN)  

Once this is done, fire up Access and attach a table. As the Data Source choose <SQL Database> then Access will list the configured ODBC drivers. Choose the instance you want and Access will fetch the tables/views you have authority on. It will probably prompt you for an Oracle userid and password before doing this. Select the tables to attach and you are off to the races!
