DBweb, available on the Microsoft WebSite does the same thing as DbWeb. PLUS it has a graphical development environment. 90% of the queries can be developed by the point and click method. Takes < 45 sec to develop a fully implemented Query By Example Web Form. Try that with WebBase. No connection to Microsoft. Just a happy user.
