Oracle Reports 2.5 ?

I've just spent a couple of days doing the tutorials for Oracle Reports 2.5. I've written many reports with ReportWriter 1.1, so I am just trying to get a grip on the differences between the two products. What I am wondering is, has anyone in a business environment actually used this product (v2.5) and all of it's new/advanced features? What is the average length of time it takes to master the product?
