        sqlplus username/password

If so, this means you've got your default database NT/Oracle environment setup ok and SQL*Loader should work. If not, you've got to configure your IPC properly. If SQL*Plus works and SQL*Loader still doesn't, make sure you downloaded the version for NT, and not Windows 3.1.
