oracle parallel server on Pyramid nile 150 & DLM IMPORTANT !!!

To pyramid nile 150 or Nile 100 administors. We are running oracle 7.2.2.4 on Pyramid Nile 150 SMP cluster O/S DC1.1 with the following Distributed Lock Manager parameters
resources 104,000 and locks 208,000
with oracle gc_db_locks 100,000
The instance keep periodically crashing with oracle error ora 480. I think the problem is not enough DLM resources. We are planning for a capacity of 1000 concurrent users with the present number of users currently at 120. What should the above parameters be.
