Reporting tools

Hello All,

I know I'm not the first to ask this, but if anyone can give opinions it might be usefull.

We have a personal information system based on Oracle. For different reasons, we can not migrate it to newer versions of Oracle and OS. We have Oracle V6.0.34 and VMS 5.5.

The users want to be able to query the database and create (ad hoc) reports out of the queries.

The question: Which tool would be able to do this?
